In 2001, during my first pregnancy I experienced typical obstetrical care... and was thrilled at the difference in care when I was at the receiving end of the Midwives Model of Care two years later. Our family loved midwifery care so much that our midwife was one of the first to hear our pregnancy news the third time around in 2005!
It is my calling and desire to "pass it on" offering the same level of care and support to women and their families. I spent 3 years training for this calling, and am trained/certified in both neonatal resuscitation and professional CPR.
Clients are welcome to use my La Bassine Eco Professional-grade pools to labor or birth in water, if interested.
